Old Generation (Fat) Holder very conservative grade. When the serial number has only 6 digit before the coin count number from the grading submission sheet (i.e. -001) I have found some very conservative grades. His coin, in my opinion would make it into a 63 or even a 64 holder, if cracked out for resubmission. The best are those without the hologram but rather have the NGC in gold letters stamped into the plastic on the reverse of the holder.
