Average to slightly above average luster. Light gray toning mainly on the obverse - typical of mint set coins for this year. Good but not extremely strongly struck - the hair details are nearly non-existent. Upper bell lines just make the Full Bell Line designation. Remarkably free of marks for a 51-P coin of this series. Population 143/41/0. Mintage 16,859,602
