Owner Comments:

Superb Washington proof quarter with strong strike, great luster, and no toning. Surfaces are very pleasing and devices exhibit light cameo frost (very close/possible candidate for CAMEO designation). Coin is completely white except for a tiny spot of golden toning in the obverse field right next to George's forehead hairline. No visible external damage appears to be present. Cost: $23.87 on 1/11/13 on eBay from R. Knight (pig82804c2q).
