Only 700 Proof Trade Dollars were struck in 1874. This cameoed example has sharp frosted white devices and very deep dark mirrored fields. Iridescent luster shimmers from the reflective fields ringed in deep electric blue, vivid purple and warm russet hues. Original patina over a wonderfully preserved coin.
