I think that on a good day this coin is a 63, but 62 isn't irrational. It is definitely MS (no rub) and definitely original. I've seen 8 or 10 '20S SLQ in 64 and 65 in hand over the years and have looked through the auction photos but have yet to see one with a head even close to the one on this coin.
