Excellent early proof Washington silver quarter with strong strike, no toning, and great luster. Both sides appear to be very close to full cameo. Obverse fields exhibit some medium golden toning and light blue frosting in a few areas. No visible contact marks or scratches are present. Cost: $21.75 on 11/1/14 on eBay from Northeast Gold & Coin / Jeffrey Owen (northeastgoldandcoin).
