Tied for the finest known at NGC in a GSA soft pack. This is a gem uncirculated example of this Philadelphia date, free of any deep marks, with full cartwheel luster on both sides and overall excellent eye-appeal. Some minor splotches of golden toning are noted on the obverse, while the reverse remains untoned.
