Excellent white Canada ACHIEVEMENT quarter (from Canada 2000 Millennium quarter set) with prooflike luster and strong strike. Very light contact marks and scratches are present commensurate with MS66 grade. Cost: $3.63 on 8/16/14 on eBay from E_Coins (e_coins). Note: Images are stock photos provided by the seller of an equivalent coin. Certification number of coin in photos is 10 digits off of that of actual coin.
To celebrate the new millennium, Canada created a two-year circulating commemorative program conducted in two parts (one in 1999 and one in 2000). Each program released 12 quarters per year (1 per month) and each featured a unique design. The 2000 plan featured designs representative of Canada's dreams for a new millennium.
