from a VAM 4 pop of 115, basically 2X rarity compared to the VAM-7 1880 Rev of 78 without the over date. Ex Legend Morphy May Las Vegas Auction. The reverse is amazing, coin worthy of a STAR.
The auction catalog did not mention the over date, good thing as I overpaid in my on line bid for this coin raw, anticipating minimum 62+ or * back. When I received the coin back raw I could not believe that Legend had missed the overdate as it is fairly obvious, and I immediately identified the Vam 4 variety on my NGC submission form. As the saying goes, "better to be lucky than good".
