I'm a little surprised about this ones grade. To me it looks like a PR66UCAM. Technically I wouldn't give it a 67. However, for a '53 it's got a screamer of an obverse (UCAM+), which might have put the graders off their stride a bit looking at the reverse which doesn't have that level of contrast.
