O.106 R1. Nice eye appeal with clean original surfaces and strong cartwheel luster. Colorful, natural toning with greenish blue obverse and light tan and pink reverse toning. High condition census for the die marriage although PCGS MS65 examples are known. Previously in the Dale Friend Collection. Dale is known for his great eye hunting for high grade early American Half Dollars. Private treaty with Alpine Numismatics on October 5, 2013.
