Owner Comments:

This is a phenomenal example offering “Black and White” contrast. Franklin and the Liberty bell are smothered with the heaviest snow storm of frost and the mirrors are endless black pools with spot and haze-free surfaces. This 1955 is very deserving of NGC’s *STAR* designation and CAC is right on the money. A true rarity for contrast, eye-appeal and quality!
