Owner Comments:

A pleasing coin to view but marginal for the grade. The obverse shows well with a good strike; however the reverse is very weakly struck with an incomplete "O" of one and numerous scattered marks that appear to be planchet marks that did not strike out. Resides in a 7th generation NGC holder.
