Owner Comments:

This third year example arrived in a new but improperly sealed case. An NGC Appearance Review resolved the issue, and the freshly encapsulated coin took its place in this growing modern dollar series. I like the 2002 coin because its date is the only year palindrome I'll live to see other than 1991 :-).Acquired 3-Aug-2003.
