Superb FDR dime with super luster, very strong strike, and no toning. Torch appears to have full bands; unsure why it did not get designation. Only detractions appear to be a couple of minute contact marks that are only visible under magnification. Cost: $11.49 on 9/23/12 on eBay from Mark Gibson (gemguy2u).
