Superb Chester A. Arthur presidential dollar (in NGC Early Releases holder) with great luster and strong strike. Only toning is a few small wisps of reddish-gold on obverse. A few light contact marks and scratches are present commensurate with grade. Cost: $27.98 on 8/1/12 on eBay from John Maben Rare Coins (moderncoinmart).
