Owner Comments:

A tough early branch mint coin to find in high grade. This example has a better than normal strike for this date/mm. The surfaces are good and the luster is strong but subdued on the reverse due to a heavy somewhat dark tone. This limited the grade to just under gem level but the coin is a top of the grade example and CAC agreed by awarding it a green bean. Housed in a PCGS holder that is listed as generation 3 on the PCGS site; and listed in the Conder101 reference book as generation 4.
