Owner Comments:

I find it hard to believe that the amount of chatter on the obverse decimates the grade as bad as it did on this coin. The reverse of this coin is close to a 63 like - May send this one in for a regrade as it is in an old holder.
This coin has gorgeous peripheral toning to it of blue and gold
