Doubled 1-8-9 and does have a cud sitting right below the 1 in the reeding - Also looks like a clash that looks like she got stabbed in the neck .Clash on the reverse is almost the whole figure of MS Liberty including the forehead/eye/nose/lips and chin. Above the left wing is the clash of her neck. Seems to be 5% off center of the norm. Unsure of what is clashed below the eagles right wing and above the arrows I would guess some of her hair.VAM-6a maybe
