Owner Comments:

Very nice Hawaii business strike state quarter in PCGS state flag holder with great luster, pretty strong strike, and no toning. Several light contact marks are present commensurate with MS67/68 grade. Only notable detractions are two light scuffs that appear to be from minting process. Cost: $8.26 on 10/22/11 on eBay from Dede Coulter (coin*diva).
