A true Key date in gem grades. I held out for one in BN to match my set. I hadn't seen one even offered in the last five years so I jumped on this one. Deeper brown on the obverse with subtle mintluster hiding along the portrait. Very strong strike with beard detail and a chisseled ear that I wouldn't have expected for the date. The reverse has a touch more red that showcases a richer mint luster. overall, I'm very pleased with this example.
