Owner Comments:
One of my favorite error coins. The 1/000 is, of course, an irrational number which could be argued to be a bit of unintentional political satire. Not a key date in a population sense but a favorite of mine due to the error. Also, note on the obverse a curvalinear cudd from ~11:00 to 2:00.
