Holder has the *W designation. Coin has very deep luster and is almost white in color. A super nice coin. I fully believe the star designation resulted from the almost prooflike appearace this coin has.
To this collector the coin also has 5FS so I will send it into NGC for designation review in the near furure. Today (8/14/2013) is a great day for me. Three of the nickels I sent in for fullstep designation made it. This is one of the three!!! Will take better photos sometime this year with the coin in the new holder.
