Owner Comments:
Raw coin purchased in January of 2010 from an Ebay seller in Ecuador. I did not get this coin graded until April of 2013 because I noted that this coin was weakly struck along portions of the rim and probably cleaned but I needed to submit at least five coins to qualify for the world value level. The resulting grade was quite a pleasant surprise.
