This coin was another true Ebay "find". The Ebay picture was very bad but I could see the full breast. Paid only 51 dollars for this "original" raw coin. Used to think that it and the 27S were about equal in difficulty to obtain in VF and above. Now I think that the 28S is the tougher coin. The 28S comes in Large "S" variety as well as the small "S". Larger "S" is rarer according to many observers.
