SUPERB GEM MS 67 FT 1946 Roosevelt Dime in a new NGC holder. A very nice coin with the coveted Full Torch designator and the STAR Designator for its outstanding color. Hard to find a nicer 1946 dime. The Philadelphia mint produced over 255 million of these dimes in 1946. Most of the 1946 dimes graded to date by NGC are at the MS 66 level or below.
