Owner Comments:

Excellent U.S. Virgin Islands business strike quarter in PCGS flag holder with superb original luster and pretty strong strike. Only toning appears to be a couple of small areas of gold toning on Washington's neck and chin. Very light contact marks and scratches are present commensurate with grade, but close to MS68. Cost: $17.74 on 2/2/13 on eBay from H. Cong (methyl55555).
