SUPERB GEM MS 67 Full Torch (FT) STAR (*) 1946 S Roosevelt Dime in an old NGC holder. A very special toned coin with vibrant colors. Hard to find a nicer coin than this. The San Francisco mint produced almost 28 million of these dimes in 1946. Most of the 1946 S dimes graded to date by NGC are at the MS 66 level or below.
