Doubled E PLUR of the motto on the left side and top of the letters. All stars on left doubled. Slightly doubled 87 in date with 8 doubled at bottom inside of lower loop and 7 doubled on left side of vertical shaft. Termed Stick Feather because of the lower wing feathers next to the body of the eagle
