Very Hard to Find MS 62 1904 S Half Eagle (5 Dollars) in a new NGC Holder. In 1904 the San Francisco mint produced only 97,000 Half Eagle coins making this a serious challenge to find in any Mint State condition as so few have been graded by NGC. This coin is a quality example of the available coins than can be obtained and matches the best coin in the Smithsonian's National Numismatic Collection (NNC). NGC Total: 247 / Same: 38 / Better: 22
