Superb First Day of Issue James Monroe presidential dollar (PCGS Position B) in PCGS Presidential Holder with super luster and strong strike. Light contact marks and scratches are present commensurate with grade. Most marks are on rims. Cost: $9.50 on 4/9/11 on eBay from Lee Lydston (lcl1119).
