This coin was purchased back in the early 1990s from a shop and was stored in the safe for about 20 years. While working on the Panda Gold coins for NGC submission, I decided to include this one as well. I originally thought this coin should make MS70, but it was not the case. But still, I feel it is a perfect coin. The image was taken before the submission.
