OBV: Deep red color; average strike and luster; some bubbling on planchet; light scratch on forehead; tick above eye; small scratch on beard; a few light ticks on arm; field scratch above I in LIBERTY; some die polishing behind head. REV: Deep red color; average strike and slightly above average luster; STA in STATES a bit weak at bottom; strong doubling throughout; a little bubbling on planchet; no major marks.
