Owner Comments:

As you remember the designers initials were removed from along the bottom of the reverse rim after production had begun in 1909. In 1918 the initials were reintroduced at the base of Lincoln's bust.

Solid strike with great obverse luster just so-so luster on the reverse which lets the coin down somewhat. A really nice coin but one I would like to upgrade to have more uniform luster, color, and less carbon spots. Housed in an NGC 9th generation holder
