This coin is a very nice example of the 1879cc. This date is very difficult to locate in gem condition as they are often quite bag marked. It is even more difficult to locate them in the original GSA holder. This coin has a population of 4 with none higher.This coin was in the number one set,Saks Girl, for many years. Doug Sharpe of Aspen RCT helped sell the entire number one set to CT, the current owner of the GSA and Carson City number one sets. CT in April 2010 traded this GSA to me in a major trade that included me sending CT my 1882cc MS67* GSA. Thanks so much to CT for making all of this possible. A TRUE FRIEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!
