Started in 1999, the State Quarter Series. All 50 States had been concluded in 2008. There are 6 additional coins minted in 2009 fr the 6 territories. The observe is still the same as of the 1999. The coin I am including in my 21st Century Proof Type set is the 2009-S Clad Northern Marianas. In my opinion, this is the best terrotories design of all. This coin was graded by NGC with a grade of PF 70 UC.
