Superb business strike..only to be MAULED by ngc as an MS63...what the heck ???? DO NOT GIVE your Lizzy to NGC, they can't grade !!! I have worse coins in higher grade holders...than what my best Lizzy graded with NGC a while back. WASTE OF MONEY !
