This 1880-CC ms64DPL (not reverse of 78) is quite rare. There are only 6 graded ms64DPL (3 non VAM, 2 VAM 5, and 1 VAM 6). Just 1 coin in DPL is graded higher at ms65DPL. I saw and was offered the ms65DPL, but passed on it due to price and looks (it did not look that nice to me barely a DPL, in my opinion). The ms65DPL later sold on Heritage for $12,650.
Total mintage for this year was 591,000 (including Reverse of 78 variety), with just 131,529 included in the GSA Hoard.
