Lyman Allen #8.14 (KM #169) - Mintage: 1,630,000
General
World War I ended on November 11,1918, and by 1919, the raw materials that were so in demand a year earlier had fallen off dramatically. 1919 saw the Philippines slipping into an economic crisis. The supply of 10 centavos was stabilized in 1918 so the requirement for new 10 centavos in 1919 was greatly diminished.
