I purchased this 1976S Silver Kennedy in MS66 at a very low price for my 20th Century Type Set. I always thought that for a uncirculated mint coin, the quality should be better than its clad counterpart. The coin itself is lack of bag marks, and no damage on the rim. The detail of Kennedy's bust and the Independence Hall are good. I am not sure why PCGS not giving it an higher grade. I might crack this coin out and re-submit it.
