A fully white coin. Only 550 proofs minted. Fully lustrous -- an important consideration and rare feature for this not all that well preserved With Arrows issue -- the surfaces display dominant pearl-white color with strong contrast between the fields and frosted design elements. Clear-cut devices, in fact, point to it having been giving a full, clear blow by the dies. Weakness often occurs at a few central locations on most of this issue, mainly at Liberty's upper body and on the eagle's neck or wing, but not on this handsome piece.
