Owner Comments:

I purchased this specimen through an internet auction in November 2020. It is a sharply struck and attractive proof example of this one year type and fits into my proof type set and, "incidentally", this registry set. However, in my opinion, there isn't enough contrast between the fields and devices to warrant the "cameo" designation awarded by PCGS. Nevertheless, CAC gave this coin a green sticker.
