Owner Comments:

This nearly brilliant Superb Gem is essentially pristine. A pinpoint spot in the field near the fourth star and a tiny hook-shaped lintmark (as made) above the O in DOLLAR are noted for pedigree purposes. Just 675 pieces were struck. As of (10/05), NGC has not certified any proof 1906 Half Dollars as Ultra Cameo. Only four pieces have been certified as Cameo, and the present specimen is the single finest certified as such.
