A very rare attractively toned Spanish Trail. Bright lemon yellow especially in the reverse center, with dark blue and tobacco toning. The photo does not do this coin justice. This design is one of my favorites, but most pieces have no life to them at all, and the toning can be a disaster. I was lucky to find this one early on in the set building process from a dealer that buys slabs, and sold it barely above greysheet ask. Experience has shown me that if I did not find this coin that I would still be looking for a nice one years later, unless I wanted to spend stupid money for one of the other rare nicely toned ones.
