Here we have a lovely example of this three-year type (1890-1892) with glossy proof-like surfaces and attractive toning. 1892 was the last year of the type and denomination, as Austria-Hungary transitioned to the korona system that same year. I have been pleased with this example for many years now, as it is generally very difficult to find forints from this period above MS63.
