Owner Comments:

The first Morgan I owned was an 1899 O that is probably an F or G. My father bought it for me when I was about 10 years old. I liked the weight of the coin and the fact that it was made of silver. The history of the coin fascinated me. My grandfather came to America in 1899, and the coin gave me a connection to that time.

I bought the MS 66 right at the NGC price guide value of $300.
