MS 67 HA says "Short Rays Obverse. A delightful Superb Gem representative of the short-lived No Motto design, with well-detailed design elements that show just a touch of softness on the eagle's belly. The impeccably preserved orange-gold surfaces radiate vibrant mint luster, with terrific eye appeal. The No Motto variant is still collectible at the MS67 grade level, but it becomes scarce in finer grades. NGC has certified 15 numerically finer examples (12/18).(Registry values: N4719) (NGC ID# 26F6, PCGS# 9142)"
