Clad Bicentennial dollars have two major variations: Type 1 has bold lettering on the back, and Type 2 has narrow lettering.

Bicentennial proof coins are difficult or impossible to find in PF70 Ultra Cameo graded by NGC. NGC has not graded any clad Bicentennial Ike dollars higher than PF69UC. On the contrary, PCGS has graded 63 in PR70DC.
