Owner Comments:

This coin was bought uncertified in 1998 at the ANA convention in Cincinnati. It has set in my collection for 20 years. I knew the coin was special but never bothered to certify it. This coin is a good example of what the Mint was trying to do with the Rev of 40 nickels by making the steps stronger.
