JUST 27 GRADED HIGHER!

In 1963 the U.S. Mint sold 3,075,645 Proof Sets. But only 1598 of the Lincoln Cents have survived in Proof 69 RD condition. Just 27 have been graded higher than this coin. High-grade 1963 Proof Cents are still affordable, even entry-level collectors can afford to own nice examples.
